Fair Utilities for Montana

They are not only billing those who live in Helena at a higher amount, but also in Missoula. From what I've read it's all across the state and not just due to their crappy tax. We should not be billed for what we have not used and this tax increase is ridiculous.

We have never had a bill this high.

Why does this business expect it's customers to pay their property taxes?

I used less electric and gas this month and my bill only dropped a few dollars. I would expect to see more of a difference in the bill with significant less usage.

I urge a review of the billing practices of our utility company for irregularities in customers power bills

This is not okay to raise energy bills this much because you estimated energy usage.

I was so frustrated one month my electric bill was 33.00 and the next month it was almost 200.00 without any heaters on whatsoever. Im a single mom and this hike in cost was frustrating and disheartening.

My power bill almost tripled. This is so hard to manage living on social security.

I live in Missoula, MT. My bill was 3 times the amount it usually would be. This company needs to get it together!!!!!!

The delivery charge for my electric bill went up a $100 and that was in addition to other miscellaneous charges. Why so much to deliver? My bill was double what it was the pervious month.

Will this petition change anything, or just show how many people are unhappy with Northwestern Energy's deceitful ways?
