The bill at my work place tripled last month and the story I received from NW Energy was this estimate vs actual reading bs.

My December NW Energy bill was very high for my small home. I attributed that to Christmas light use. January's bill was even higher and I was conscious of my power use AND I was out of town for 2 weeks--- barely using their service! Thank you for starting the conversation. This needs to be resolved.

I have heard from multiple people with broken meters. Some as long as a year. Your faced to pay their estimate with no proof of what you're actually using.

We saw our bill increase considerably from Dec 2016 to Jan 2017, which was strange considering we mainly hear with wood.

I'm the guy running the petition. Something will be done. We are pushing HB193 and HB189 those would directly help. I'm even talking to Representative Zolnikov about creating a new bill.

I have been watching what I use and every month it goes up 50-70 dollars even if I am not using anything. This is ridiculous!! My husband is laid off and i cannot afford these rates!

It's a joke when a company who makes 100 million a year says they have to pawn off their 19 million a year property tax (which is the property that creates the energy which they make their money on) . They should pay their operating costs. Their profit margins are still great even after those expenses.
