My power went up $100 to $150! I have been in the same place for 6years and never had a bill over $145 in the winter until this year!

The recent increase of my electric bill is ridiculous! It went from $50- $60 a month to $189!! I only live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I keep my heater off unless I'm home. I'm not sure how they expect anybody to be able to afford these kind of charges.

I have lived in Montana for over 30 years. I have seen temps dip down to with the wind chill factor to 80 below zero. I guess that is warm for northwest energy!

I have always seen high rates in Browning and truthfully it's getting discouraging I've been paying almost 600 dollars nd month and now I been paying a hundred on top of that. Does north western wanna attack the people that already live in poverty!!???

Our power bill is bormaly around two fifty in the winter months. This January it jumped to $445.00 with no logical explanation! We heat with propane so there should not have been that significant of an increase because of the "cold".

We called and asked whyou our bill went up so high. Went on budget billing because of this high bill. This is ridiculous on what NWE DID TO ALL OF THESE PEOPLE

Our Bill has tripled out of the blue. We barely have our heat on (our house is COLD) and most the registers are completely OFF. It can't be from the heat... you read the meter wrong. We have not changed anything from months before with our electrical use went from under $100 to OVER $300 per month. You can't estimate what it was based on last year this time because there was a family of THIRTEEN living here before we bought this place last April. They had eleven kids so I'm sure they used MUCH MORE electricity than we do. NWE better credit us back the money they stole from us!

Our power bill more than doubled last month, and when I called they said it was because it's been below zero temperatures. I don't agree with what they told me and I think it's true because we do not touch our thermostat at home. We have it set at 69° . A lot of people can't afford to pay these outrageous power bills.
