My bill almost doubled in under 20 days. Doible that of January or February or March 2016. This is not acceptable.

I got billed twice for the month of February, a bill of $94 on the first and a bill of $83 on the 6th. Terrible service, my bill for December was 130 than my January dropped below that even though according to their usage chart I used 3x the energy.

We Montana's need to stand up for ourselves and our families! We are being taken advantage of with these high bills that are just outrageous. With our high healthcare and now these high utility bills how are we suppose to support our families or purchase homes and up our economy? North Western Energy is a sad company taking advantage of us and this is not the first time, it is just wrong.

Our January bill showed 2x the amount that it normally is. Only answer I have received from NWE is to familiarize myself with my meter.

My power bill for some reason is gone crazy way more than the month before I know where to live in the snow and all but I know I don't use wind-up heat for that

I live in a condo with units on either side of me and rarely even have to turn my heat on and my last bill was $439. For a 1600 foot condo that is absolutely outrageous. NWEnergy cannot be allowed to get away with this anymore.

These bills are crazy. We weatherproofed and put leds in every where. Now since they are not getting as much revenue the raise the rates. Total crap

My power bill went from $151 to $251 with no substantial increase in usage. Our family can't afford to pay this. Don't make me read my meter every day, and don't continue to charge me this much. We have a small child. If you cut off our electricity because we can't pay, you will be basically making it so a two-year-old doesn't have electricity or heat. Don't fund your projects with my money.
