Our bill went up over $500 and they at charge more for delivery of natural gas than we pay Big Sky Gas for the use of the gas. That should be a flat rate.

Bill has been astronomical. I pay more as a renter than home owners do heating there house and garage.

I concur that rates are up to high to keep up with especially when you make payments with current bill as well. We are just working people that need a break with some of our necessities.

They are money hungry. They screwed up somewhere and to cover their own asses, screw over their customers. It's a very sad state when you have to steal from people to fix your own mistakes!

I went from a furnace having 72% efficiency to a new one with 98% efficiency, thinking that I would be able to see the savings. All of the savings vanished when the prices increased and our bill was higher with the new furnace than it was with our old one on it's last leg short cycling every 5 minutes.

Our power bill has gone up to 300-400 a mounth WITH the help of 11 very large solar pannals! It is insane. Its doble what it was last year!!

You raise the rates when people need the utilities the most. People on fixed income cannot afford to pay your indicisive regulation practices. You are exploiting the citizens you serve!

Its crazy how the wind turbines produce tons but we don't profit from it they sell it to other states. And were the ones living here
