Fair Utilities for Montana

I think something should be done about the high deposits northwestern energy charges and the high transfer fees it's a monopoly and it's wrong the bill is getting higher and higher it's wrong and a rip off

The cost of living raises in Montana, but minimum wage doesn't reflect what Montanans need to live. Electricity is important, and Northwest Energy has a monopoly where I live. I am not happy with how expensive utilities have gotten the last few years. Your killing or people with debt and slavery. I would appreciate you putting aside your greedy was and think of Montanans citizens

If Northwestern Energy cannot keep their equipment working properly they should not be able to "Power Punch" customers with gigantic bills due to their equipment failure. They make enough money they should be able to have back ups in place to ensure something like this NEVER Happens. What happens to those that are on a fixed income or low income or disabled. This is NWE problem and the public should not be punished for their failures.

I'm glad the ball is rolling on this matter.

I have been affected and wish to see this outrageous pricing resolved for All of Montana.

My bill has almost doubled

I hope to see something get figured out. Morally,it's wrong to think people can afford a bill like these. People need heat and to put people on a bind like this, is very unfair. Shame on Northwestern Energy.

I am so tired of the rate increase and HUGE Energy bills. It's out of control!

PSC needs the authority to review all aspects of the a monopoly corporations rates to ensure fairness to rate payers

We can not afford anymore then what we already pay to Northwestern Energy !

We have always watched our energy usage. Our bill was around 55$ a month and now 110$. Since January 2017 our bill has gone up roughly 60%. December and November were colder months and half the bill, now that we are into January where it is warmer I am very afraid what the bill will look like in December 2017 in regards to comparison.

This is an OUTRAGE!!!!

we use a wood stove and our own propane tank for heat in the winter our bill went from about $110 a month to $328.00

My energy bill went from a reasonable price. Anywhere between 100 and 200 dollars. My last energy bill for January was 420 dollars. Even with my whole house being electric it's never ever been that high. It's a struggle to pay that much every month.

My monthly bill has doubled. Just received a second winter disconnect notice. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I am a single senior cirizen on a fixed income. This increased utility rate is devestating to me. I'm not sure how I can come up with the money to pay my bill each month.

Some of us are barely scraping by as it is and then they hike the prices again?! Stupid!!
