Power bills are insane. NWE should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging consumers.

My bill in January was $69.88. In February it is $187.35. This is so wrong and the company needs to be taken to task.

What a slap in the face! Just when all other expenses are at their highest, and even though we budgeted high for longer winter days, our bill has produced a real burden due to tripling! Last month, our "taxes" were 67 cents. This month, $19.45!!! What on earth is going on!! Fix this and give us our money back!

Read the meters and get rid of all the extra charges!!! we should be paying only for the electricity/gas we use!!!

If I have a rent increase I get a notice more than 30 days in advance so I can plan for it. I don't get the same courtesy for rate increases.

I literally cried after opening our power bill. Highest our bill has ever been in the 5yrs we've lived here was $350. January's was $600.

It is outrageous the spike increases from last year... My utility bill more than doubled... I used less jan. 2017 than jan. 2016 n I'm paying double n using less how is that?

My power bill doubled the last two months, and we are not home that much! I went from 120.00 to 300.00 a month!

Mine went from $150 to close to $700 in over a month...I don't use that much and the threat of shut off has me worried. They turned it off for my veteran neighbor, who was 80 years old and the proud man foze to death just last month.
