Please take advantages of the emergency assistance programs out there. I'm doing what I can but I may not be able to get a resolution quick enough to help people like you in that dire of a situation.

I don't know anyone personally on the PSC but I do know the PSC is limited. I believe they need to have the power to stand up on our behalf. What's the point of having a public service commission who has their hands tied. Having a PSC without power is pointless.

My energy bill is almost 4× the highest I've ever paid something is grossly wrong it's just me and my daughter. Their is no excuse for this.

My bill has raised from under $100 to over $200 for the past 2 months and my family and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. We barely used the heater due to lower level we live in.
