I'm a single income home with children . My bill jumped from 200$ all the way up to 500$ . I can't afford to keep paying this ridiculous amount and feed my family . This is outrageous

We have had sheets and blankets hang on doors and windows. AND! The heat has only been on 65 and it's cold and drafty. We are wearing warm layers in the house my bill is over $350. It's usually under $200 in the winter

Our power bill went from 200 to almost 500 in Feb this has got to stop. It may have been colder but that does not mean they can charge that much Noone can afford that

I got a tripled bill and was verbally berated when I called to inquire as to why and told I was lying about overusing my heater and I rarely turn it on.
