This is poor form. Your legal tactics in this are highly questionable at best.

My electric bill went from $142 one month to $912 the next. I expected a higher bill due to the colder weather but that much more was absolutely wrong.

it gets cold up here on the hi-line..but this is out of control, when a person lives paycheck to paycheck its hard to keep up on the big bill and if u cant keep it below $100.00 every month u get a notice for disconnect. I do need to eat

I am tired of my power bill being $400 to $500 per month when I don't use enough power to warrant the charges.

I think this rate hike is grossly negligent. Low income families struggle to keep Thier power making minimum wage and the elderly on a fixed income. People with medical issues where they need electricity to plug on machines just to keep theselves breathing...This is. . Wrong

Our power bill increased substantially from January 2016 to January 2017. January 2016 was about $235.00 and January 2017 was $336.00. February was almost as bad. Even with budget billing we would owe $381.00 if we went off budget billing. Please fix this problem!

The NorthWestern Energy rep stated my bill was estimated based on last year at this time, there wasn't an actual reading done in "my area." I was also told it was colder in Jan 2017,more than Dec 2016. Considering that I was heating my home in Dec and ran Christmas lights, it didn't add up. Regardless to say, after hearing all the reps excuses and the energy use my error, I gave up & paid a bill double...nearly triple my usual cost. I've resided at the same residence for nearly 10 years, this billing is outrageous and I cannot do anything about it.

Since when is it $388 to heat a 1100 sq. Home? With the heat turned off at night and 10 hours in the day.

Outraged...my bill doubled for February from January's. People on a fixed income cannot pay this.
