If the BBC are going to report a 'fact' they have a solemn duty to all licence fee payers to ensure that the fact is accurate. The quality of BBC reporting in all areas is at an all time low.

How sad that the BBC's reputation for impartial and informative reporting has been decimated by the reporting from Israel.

Since its rocket offensive has proved to be largely ineffectual, Hamas has waged a war of manipulation of the press in order to alienate public opinion from support of the State of Israel. To this effect, it has caused a world-wide re-emergence of anti-semitism to which the BBC has been jointly responsible. The BBC has a duty to publish its own findings in the Balen report.
