Fair Play F.A. (English Football)
It is high time the FA recovered their senses and introduced a rule change in the treatment of yellow and red cards. The present system, where cards and bans can be rescinded after the event but not imposed is leading to a less than level playing field. For instance, the captain of Manchester City has to serve a four match ban for a tackle that was far less serious than the one made by Glenn Johnson at the same ground only days later. It isn't good enough to say that unless the ref fails to see an incident, there can be no retrospective action against the player. If the referee saw that tackle and got it wrong, the FA should be looking to correct the mistake first thing Monday morning. Anything less is a travesty. This cannot be allowed to determine who wins the title.
