Fair pay for qualified social care workers

We do a job that requires caring and advocating for people who can't always do it themselves our pay should reflect that

I want fair pay for my degree and recognition

In the middle of my dissertation, I would like to think the stress will be worthwhile when I join the paid ranks

I want an increase in pay .

I work in dangerous situations everyday, not half enough pay I'd love a pay rise.

I studied for 6 years for my social care degree and child and youth masters and now I work ling dangerous hours for 1.50 more an hour than I got in macdonalds.. Its a job thats as stressful and as qualified as nurses.. more qualified than gaurdsw and prison officers..where is our fair pay

As a social care student, this is something that affects my future!

Regulate pay scale, social care workers are being exploited.

We are getting walked over by employers left right and centre. This needs to change

I can't just understand why they can't pay fair money to qualify and professional care
