NTTF are crucial to recruitment and retention of students, and a living wage acknowledges the contributions we make to the university.

CSU is one of the schools I am looking into for graduate programs. Considering the recent undoings at Wright State, I will very heavily be considering university/employee relations during my decision process.

I support NTTF being paid a living wage for their work! I also want to add that Admin Pro positions like program coordinators, advisors, and scholarship coordinators be paid an equivalent amount, given we work 12 months to the NTTF 9.

I am signing in solidarity with NTTF, but also would like to use this opportunity to acknowledge that many AP staff make significantly below median salary for a 12-month commitment. I support this endeavor and also would like AP staff to be included in the population worthy of a middle-class lifestyle as in line with the university's Student Success Initiatives.

The CSU should have competitive salaries in order to draw and maintain the best faculty. By having top-quality teachers we can keep students motivated and achieving higher standards of education.

Just because there is an excess of talented individuals willing to accept low paying full-time faculty and professorships, does not mean it is morally acceptable to pay wages which prevent them an adequate quality of life.

Many APs that are full time, 12 month employees don't make close to $52k. This is an issue that flows through CSU. This is a major issue. Signing in solidarity with NTTF and hoping NTTF will support APs as we work to also demand the beginnings of a sustainable wage.

When “merit” salary increases (~2.5%, or less) do not actually account for the increased cost of living (3% or more), can NTTF really feel “rewarded” with the prize of just surviving for superior performance? Especially when the base salary is already inadequate? What message does that send? By not paying NTTF an adequate wage, NTTF subsidize the other endeavors of the university. This is a loan taken out on the backs of NTTF labor, and it’s time for that to change.

Faculty are the backbone of a university. Without properly caring for and supporting them, the university cannot stand tall.

Paying a better salary for the professors sends a better message to the students. It also provides professors with more drive to teach and stay in their positions.

I support this proposal. Investing in our teachers and instructors is investing in our students, the future of our university, and the future of our world.
