A livable wage for great faculty should be a must.

This school would be nothing without the instructors and professors that make waking up every morning easy. I know my tuition alone could raise the salary of one instructor, imagine what a school of 30,000 could do. Support those who support us.

As CSU alumni I support all faculty and they all should be paid a living wage.

We value both education and our teachers in Colorado. Please help keep these important positions and the caring faculty.

Fair pay at CSU

Professor Apodaca brought this issue to our class' attention and it is unfathomable to me that the instructors that are impacting their students' lives don't even get paid enough to properly provide for themselves or their family. Professor Apodaca has not only impacted my college career but my life and she deserves so much more than the way she has been treated when it comes to pay. I'm sure this goes for many other instructors as well.

Professor Apodaca is the best teacher that I have had so far in college. She makes each and every one of her students feel welcome and feel like they belong. She would do anything for them. Teachers are here to make this generation of students better and help them grow to their potential. They should be able to also live to their full potential and not worry about living expenses.

The amount of knowledge these professors have is well deserving of equal pay no matter what status.

Professor Apodaca is the best professor I have had in college so far

These teachers are amazing and work so unbelievably hard for my education. They make college so worth it.

They deserve more! They teach the future doctors, the future teachers the future workers!

None of the existing CSU administrators care about NTTFs. How and Why we ended up as NTTFs while others in the same departments moved on to tenure track positions clearly demonstrates the nepotism on the part of the administrators like Dan Bush. I hope this salary increase happens but I am not holding my breath. Given the way NTTFs at CSU are treated, I will take an different job in a heartbeat. If I were a single parent there is no way I could have afforded to make ends meet. With a successfully funded research program as an NTTF here, my undergrad and grad students have earned more than what CSU pays me. I have suffered from depression, feel devalued every day and over a period of time, convinced myself that I am not good enough which is what Dan Bush has implied in several conversations. With this ongoing changes in roles and changes to my ability to teach, my salary was cut down even further last year and the justification was that with the current exercise my salary will go up soon. Like some one else above mentioned, none of us are going to get any salary increases this year. Thanks for nothing CSU. This struggle as an NTTF has only ruined my health

Teachers/ professors develop intellect within members of society! Theyre the future, they deserve more than a raise; respect, appreciation and comfort considering they’re helping making a difference in this world

THEY DO THE MOST WORK OUT OF EVERYONE- they deserve more money for MAKING future generations the people we need for a brighter future.

Educators are a primary reason CSU is what is it, and should therefore be compensated accordingly.

It's time for CSU to up its game and pay the educators a living wage (for living in Fort Collins!)

Universities are about academics, and this begins with the student teacher interactions. Only by treating educators well will students like myself be successful post graduation.
