Faculty are the backbone of CSU and deserve a livable salary. As a student, I want to be supported by faculty as much as possible. Naturally faculty deserve that same support from everyone else.

Some of the best instruction I have received at CSU has been from non-tenure track faculty. I feel they are extremely under valued and deserve a livable wage!

It is critical that CSU, as an institution of higher learning, invests in its faculty. As a tenured faculty I strongly support the raising of NTT faculty salaries.

I’ve had some wonderful adjuncts. They all deserve fair pay, and I know they aren’t getting it. Also, are there even any students that make a living wage? Meanwhile, leadership makes an obscene amount of money.

Equity with peer institutions and just compensation for the work required in the difficult contemporary society command the pay increases.

As the cost of living in Colorado
continues to climb, the pay does not. If you value your employees you want them to be comfortable, live a comfortable life and feel valued. Currently, they do not.

I have heard much about Dennis Apodaca and I am planning to take her next semester. She seems wonderful teacher and deserves to have her needs met.
