Please consider living wages for postdoctoral researchers and teaching assistants as well, who are often supporting dependents.

We can pay for a new unneeded stadium for our “awesome” football team but we can’t pay our own teachers a rightful salary?

My professor has a class of about 200 students and when we write papers, she responds to EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. She is passionate, kind and loves every single one of her students. the fact that she does not receive a livable wage is unacceptable. ANY educator should be paid a livable wage, including college professors.

I am a senior Comms Studies major at CSU. During my four years at the institution, countless NTTF have left positive, lasting impressions on myself & my education. NTTF commit to the students & the University. They deserve for the University to commit to them in return.

This situation needs attention. It simply isn't fair to the teachers and to students.

Non-tenure track instructors and professors do so much and take so much time out of their lives for the enrichment of students. They deserve a salary that reflects the dedication they have shown to me and countless other students. Our university could not do the incredible work it is doing in students' lives and in the community without them.

As a former CSU alumni and adjunct faculty I support this 100%. Part of the reason I left was because I needed to find a living wage and a space for advancement. I likely would not have left if the pay was equitable to my experience, as I truly love CSU. However, I do not appreciate the way they exploit adjunct faculty, who have little to no security, are underpaid, and under/non-insured... Please change this CSU and truly be a leader in the field of academia in equitable pay.

The NTTF at CSU deserve a fair living wage for all their hard work and dedication to their students. They are the backbone of the university, and it is time CSU stepped up and provides them with a salary increase.
