Adjuncts are the lowest paid professors at the University, and yet they remain dedicated and loyal to their student population. It's time to recognize this, value them, and pay them a livable wage.

As a CSU student I find it shameful that the leaders of research and education in our country are so horribly treated. Our faculty have worked hard to earn their jobs at CSU, and they have all positively benefitted countless students' lives. Let's make a change!

This isn't the only problem I have with CSU and huge university's that make billions off of students but can't seem to provide free parking for students or faculty, free lunch for anyone, or free book rentals. Not to mention that they are a huge contributor to the gentrification of Fortcollins with their constant construction. The new stadium is also stupid and a money making scheme.

Professors that have an advanced degree such as a PhD, and work full time between teaching, planning, and grading deserve a living wage.

Some of the best professors that I’ve had have been non-tenure track. I pay an exorbitant amount of money in tuition costs; the least you could do is ensure that the people who are teaching me can afford a place to live.

NTT have immense value to students, Departments, and the University, and should be compensated accordingly.
