Please give my amazing professors the means for a secure living! I owe them so much and I would hate to see them be in financial stress because of their choice to educate me!

It is about time that CSU recognizes the contributions of it's faculty and staff, and pays them at least the median wage.

So many of the very best instructors at CSU are non-tenure track faculty, and they deserve to be able to support themselves on their salary!!! These incredible professors are invaluable, and work so incredibly hard to change the lives of their students. Please show them the support they deserve!

I’ve had several professors during my time at Colorado State University that are not on the Tenure Track. Without fail, those professors consistently put in extra time, effort, and energy to make their classes come alive and be purposeful to students. Being a college student, not all classes are always captivating or motivating. The classes I have genuine motivation to emerse myself in the material are the classes that I have taken with the professors that go the extra mile and make their classes innovative. I strongly believe Non-Tenure Track professors should have fair wages as they truly do the most to make education meaningful to all of their students.

The university can pay $1.8 million for a football coach but can’t pay the faculty a living wage? I don’t think the citizens of Colorado are paying taxes and tuition so the students can go to football games. They want and have worked and paid for a quality education. Where are the university’s priorities?

As a retired Adjunct professor at CSU, I struggled for years on a very inadequate salary & served for years as the Adjunct rep for our department to improve our pay. Fair pay is a LONG time coming
