Fair funding for the Vale

I endorse J Rees' comments

Fair funding of local goverment is needed there can be no justification for anything else

Looks like the Vale is being penalised by the Labour Assembly for voting in a Tory MP.

I thought that there was a cap put on Local Government spending when we came back to sort out the mess that the socialists left us in again

Barry is one of the largest towns in Wales, surely we should have the same monies to spend as Cardiff or Bridgend. I am asking for Fair Funding Settlement for the Vale.

This is falling apart, we need funding for every aspect NOW!

teh level of council tax is too high in the Vale in light of neighbouring funding. This is unfair.

Clearly there are different needs in different areas but this does seem very biased against the Vale.

Fair funding for the Vale of Glamorgan and if not, why not? We pay enough Council Tax as it is!

Not all of the Vale might have substantial amounts of money! There are areas which are extremely poor, far greater numbers than those who do!!!

Let us have part of the lions share why should Cardiff & other places have more than the Vale of Glamorgan surely it should be shared equally. We could have beeter roads drains could be cleared along with the culverts & hey presto no flooding.

Totally agree with Alun Cairns...give the Vale a fair share of funding.

That unnecessary outfit in Cardiff Bay are simply punishing the Vale for voting Conservative in the Westminster election.

I support a fair and equal level of funding for all Authorities.

It is disgraceful that the Vale of Glamorgan gets such a low level of funding from the Welsh government.

It is very unfair for the Welsh Labour government to single out the vale for less funding than other areas in Wales. Not all of us are millionaires.
