Windstream's unreliable service; far below industry standards; repeated drops; too few technicians; prolonged wait times for repairs, sometimes up to 8 days; literally hours of my time spent on Windstream's technical support line, when customer is actually speaking with customer service rep who has not identified themselves as such, reading a canned speech, rather than a qualified tech; slow speed masquerading ridiculously as "high speed"; antiquated eqipment .

Most unreliable service I've ever had. I pay for it think 12 mbps, but only get it think 5 or 6. My daughter can't watch Netflix on her TV at the other end of the house because the jokes for bandwidth won't reach....

Customer service is horrible and it's slow always going out rates are way to high they act like they don't care we need new service
