This petition is to allow a face covering exemption for all Lee County Schools. There is a vaccine exemption available so there should be a mask exemption available too. There are so many children out there with special needs, sensory issues, health conditions, and religious beliefs that make face coverings nearly impossible to wear. It is unlawful to not allow exemptions for these individuals. This petition will be presented to the Lee County School Board. Please share and sign this petition. The school board works for us. We are the tax paying citizens of this County and we will be heard. There has not been any state mandates put in place for mask mandates since the mask mandate was lifted back in the spring by Governor Kay Ivey. The school board is making a mandate based on opinions from the CDC and local doctors-not because a law was put in place. What they are doing is illegal and unethical.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. STOP TELLING US WHAT TO DO WITH OUR OWN KIDS.
Parents should have the right if they want to apply a medical device on there child or not !
Do your research and look at scientific evidence before forcing things on our children

My son has asthma and is struggling so much with this all day. It needs to stop now.
