I live in Bunting Road, Walkinstown and in light of recent increase in crimes in the area. I'd very much welcome and increase in Garda resources in the area.

Walkinstown is home to a lot of elderly people who need additional supports to be put in place. Now is the time not down the line when someone interrupts a burglary and gets assaulted or worse

Our house was broken into a few months ago and it's happening more and more I'm the area. We need more visibility from the Garda in our area.

I was mugged over a year ago on the Avenue. I grew up in Walkinstown and felt safe until then. The guy was never caught. All I see on the neighborhood watch page is cars damaged and houses being broken into. More Garda presence is needed.

my 80 year old fathers house was broken in to and he was told someone would be with him in an hour. Crumlin garda station to walkinstown is a 2 minute drive. Disgraceful

3 fellas tried to break into our house on parade last year at 4 in the morning we were all in bed lucky my son heard a noise and they had front door opened. They ran when he came downstairs just as well or they could have attacked him. Not a nice feeling to know they could get the door opened
