It's a really nice door and this should not even be a issue...

We support this door and others with windows. Make changes to the DRC to reflect greater flexibility of door choices. This is truly ridiculous to cause any homeowner in this neighborhood to have to even have this conversation with the HOA!! -Cindy and Dale CHristensen

This type of door is lovely, not an eyesore. Trailmark residents should be allowed to chose their front door. The guidelines for this need to be overturned.

This upgrades the door and thus the look of the house from the street. It should be allowed.

Thank you Gaye. Hopefully bringing legal into this isn't necessary. If there is support of having these door options in the community (which I would argue based on the current DRC guidelines is being misinterpreted by the DRC committee -and two of the HOA Board are on the DRC) they should allow and come up with new guidelines.
This door is a Therma Tru which is a name brand you can get at Home Depot and Lowes, or some good contractors. We love it because it allows natural light into an area that is lacking as our homes were all designed to have natural light in them with the amount of windows we all have. :)

There are plenty of issues needing attention in the neighborhood. This door is not one!

We should get lawyers together. The door is beautiful and I want one as well. Where did you get it? We need to allow the community to speak and not a few people.

The door with the window is fine. Enhances the property.

This is a beautiful door that adds value and curb appeal to the home. I would like the DRC to approve this style of door.

This door is an upgrade and is beautiful. Please change this rule so the rest of the neighborhood does not have to go through this when we want to upgrade our own doors. Thank you!

No issues with this door. Already lots in the neighborhood. Double standard to deny it at this point.
