I am in favor of TM homeowners having an exterior door with a window.

Time for a new HOA president, there needs to be term limits. As well the design review committee should not have the HOA president as a member, too much power.
Door looks great and fits very well

This is a single family home and should NOT fall under HOA’s DRC approval. Perhaps if this were a condo .... maybe. Certainly not for a home.

Having the additional door option would be great and add value to the whole neighborhood.

Please allow this type of door. It adds a nice touch to the front of the house and in no way detracts from the aesthetics of the neighborhood. It should be allowed on any house in Trailmark.

The door is beautiful and should be approved. The homes are nearly twenty years old and the covenants should be updated.

There is nothing wrong with the door. I’ve always wanted one like it to allow natural light in. The front of our house is very dark. There are more important things for the HOA to spend time on.
