We need this for trains too! living in the sticks means the bus only comes twice a week if we are lucky. rail travel is the only way to get to see our grandkids up north.
it makes no sense to limit the hours. most of our appointments are early in the morning so the 9.30 rule just makes us pay for journeys we should get for free. sort it out

ABOUT TIME. THE WHOLE UK NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED. DISGRACEFUL THAT IT STOPS AT THE BORDER.
