We live so close to Central London but it takes us so long to get there: our arteries are blocked!! Whilst we're waiting for the tube please consider reinstating the South London line (Victoria - London Bridge) and the frequency of our Thameslink services.

As a long-term resident of Camberwell I support, strongly, the extension of the tube from Elephant & Castle to Camberwell - particularly since the twice an hour overground service from London Bridge to Victoria was scrapped.

Times are absolutely idiotic on the bus. It takes an hour and thirty minutes to get to my work at Paddington. 3 hours worth of traveling per day, 15 hours a week. This is for someone who lives in zone 2. Totally unacceptable. A tube extension to Camberwell and Peckham would make my life, and thousands of others infinitely better. Please listen London Transport.

there are lots of housing association flats being built in camberwell, even more people will need transport
this will help people living around camberwell too - i live in east dulwich & it can take 1.5hrs to get into central london!!!!!

the Bakerloo extension would be good, but what we really need is the extension of the Victoria line from Brixton and re-instatement of the Victoria-London Bridge rail link as well as later direct trains from Victoria as they were before the overground.

Camberwell is in a state of perpetual gridlock, making emergency and daily out-patient hospital (King's) transportation a nightmare and other pass-through difficult in both directions. A tube stop in Camberwell eases gridlock on 2 main arteries south (Walworth Road, Camberwell New Road), Peckham assists points further east

Denmark Hill tube is way too busy and trains are ALWAYS delayed in the morning. Need a tube to relieve this stress.

While buses to/from Camberwell and Peckham are (usually) plentiful, they are (often) very slow -- so slow that the average journey time between Camberwell Grove and central London is the same as it was in the 19th century. The tube would make travel to/from these historically deprived neighbourhoods much better, aiding further development and investment.

Camberwell needs the tube. Busses take about as long to get to central London as our Georgian ancestors did when they first settled here. Denmark Hill rail station is already heaving with passengers going to and from the hospitals. We need the tube!!
