Although I live in West Kent I often visit London by train & often visit friends in the Peckham area and it is quite frustrating to have to use buses or trains which are usually overcrowded; an extension of the Bakerloo line would make such a difference and would make it much easier for my friends and I to journey into London for sightseeing, shopping or whatever.

It is very true, Camberwell is far too cramped by buses at many different spots over the town, so if underground extensions will relieve this, then we need this to go ahead.

The SE of London is a good place for people to live - and more and more people will move here - who have been priced out of more accessible locations. the Mayor and TFL need to make a commitment to upgrading public transport links here and beyond.

South East London is an increasingly attractive and popular place to live. But as more people commute into Central London the journey in is becoming more of a grind. If London is to continue growing the transport infrastructure needs to be enhanced. The extension of the Bakerloo Line would be a very good contribution to this

Please extend the underground to Camberwell and Peckham. This neglected area will really benefit the lives of people living in this vibrant part of South East London.

London is meant to be a vibrant and cosmopolitan city however zone 2 of South London is barely accessible and should have better transport links. If Camberwell or Peckham aren't appropriate, then perhaps East Dulwich would benefit from the tube.

An extension of the Bakerloo line to Peckham is an excellent idea and one that should be discussed and implemented in the foreseeable future to improve the archaic transport options of South Londoners and connect a long since forgotten part of London.

it makes sense to extend the tube to Camberwell and beyond

Poor transport in south London reflects on poor youth employment. It takes you an hour to central London, yet we only live a couple of miles away from it. If it was affluent north London there would be no problem extending the line. No surpirise they ;look down on south London.

with the re-development of elephant and castle and camberwell green becoming a place to go now for great restaurants, cafes and pubs; not to mention burgess park upgrade. there needs to be better transport links to bridge the 'gap' and bring people to the area.

I strongly feel that this part of South East London is very lacking in public transport links and that the proposed extension of tube to Camberwell and Peckham will open up this amazing area in a very positive way.

Walworth and Camberwell North really need to be connected to a rail or tube network. Currently we are very reliant on buses which can be slow and also are more polluting.

Please extend the line via Peckham - the bus journey to Elephant & Castle can take up to 30 minutes along the old kent road - the same time it takes to get to Oxford circus on the tube! from Elephnt & Castle!

I give my full support into extending the Bakerloo line to Camberwell & Peckham, which is poorly served by public transport.

I live in elephant and castle, it's such a disgrace that there is so little in terms of tube transpot in the area, and I'm only a 40 min walk to soho, London.

This would make getting around so much easier and make these places much better to live. Its only zone 2.
