Dave Hart finally listened because he had no other choice. Cuonzo got his extension and we secured the future of this program for the people who actually care about Tennessee basketball. Keep your eyes on the administration to ensure they keep supporting this team properly.

Dave Hart and the brass in the athletic department are still pretending this isn't the clear will of the fanbase. Their silence on the contract extension is a direct insult to the progress we have made on the court. Keep putting the pressure on them until they stop ignoring the reality of the situation.

I am a graduate of UT. Cuonzo is doing a great job and is a perfect role model for his players. Integrity counts too!
If anyone truely paid attention the last 3 years with Coach Martin, you would have seen the class act, and wonderful human being he is. He knows the X's and O's, but knows how to communicate manhood. I proud for the Coaches and players to bein the Sweet 16, but I am even more proud as to how they handled the end of the Iowa game. I applaud you!!
Counzo, Thank you for your hard work, determination and example of what proverbs 3:5-6 truly mean, "Trust in The Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding..." You have done this. I apologize for jumping on the bandwagon without truly getting to know you, the person, not the win loss record. Good luck to luck. I hope you will accept our apology and stay.
When Cuonzo came to Knoxville I bought an autographed basketball at a charity auction. I'm a fan whether tourney bound or not. We should be proud of these classy players and their classy coach. Will support him for years to come.
Didn't sign the first one either, but I'd be lying to say I didn't doubt at times. Doubting gone. Proud of our team and coach. I will also say I have never doubted the character of our coach. Please pay the man!

I can't believe 36,000 would sign a petition to fire Cuonzo and hire Bruce Pearl. They must not be Vol fans. I think I'm going to start a petition to fire every other SEC coach in hopes it throttles their recruiting, just like the Bruce Pearl petition had to have caused Cuonzo problems. The fact that he signed four 3-star recruits is amazing.

Cuonzo is a class man and excellent coach. Make him the third highest paid coach in the SEC as he has earned that right.
