We, as fans and supporters of the Big 12, the rich history and resources of the University of Texas, and the generosity that fine institution has shown in bringing parity to the conference with the retention of Mack Brown as head coach, hereby petition the University of Texas Board of Regents, Chancellor Cigarroa, President Bill Powers, and Athletic Director DeLoss Dodds to permanently recognize the past performance of head football coach Mack Brown with a lifetime contract separable only by death.
