I'm not in favor of this at all. The property is already poorly maintained & an eyesore!

I vote no - no more traffic on Old Keystone and Keystone Road - there is enough with the East Lake Sports Complex! Is their crazy sign permitted?

I disapprove of the church's expansion. I dont want to have any more business growth on keystone rd. It will invite more traffic, intrude with our wildlife and conservation....one of the reasons why us residents purchased our homes in this area.

They need to find a different parcel of land that doesn't obstruct the roadside, roadway and surrounding areas.

1) Too much traffic on a very busy road.
2) Hazardous for people walking to and from their vehicles parked besides road.
3) They have currently out grown their lot size. They have had great growth and now it is time for them to find a lot that will more easily fit their growing needs.

Please leave Keystone Rd. alone!!! No more businesses! No add-ons to churches! We have enough traffic going down the road now. We don't need anymore.
Keep Whispering Lakes a quiet community. Let the wildlife live in what they have left.
Parking in the grassy area for the church is enough......they can't even handle what they have now. Maybe it's best they move. We don't need anymore traffic or eye sores on such a beautiful once rural road.

Way too much traffic as it is on Keystone. No more businesses or add-ons!!!! We need to keep our quiet neighborhood and be able to let the wildlife keep what's left for a home.

I do not agree with the proposal of expanding the church, it already causes traffic jams and congestion. My family rides our bicycles down all Keystone Road and it's very unsafe when the church has functions and there's cars parked on both sides of the road. This has become an enormous safety issue not to mention the eyesore. The building does not seem to be maintained well in its appearance in the trash left out by their dumpster attracts all sorts of unwanted animals.

Keystone road is already busy and with the extension of the Pinellas trail, congestion will be worse.

It seems that they are not abiding by any zoning rules. There is clearly not enough parking onsite because cars park up and down the roads in the grass. They are currently not abiding by zoning with the 3 structures.

There is already major traffic problems in our area because of the sports field and the church increase traffic would pose a danger to horseback riders wanting to cross Keystone Road to get to the horse trails. I am opposed to this expansion!

No additional hazards should be allowed in the Keystone area near the Whispering Lakes subdivision.
