I feel there are increasing attempts to make changes to our zoning classification and to alter the rules that govern this classification. If we want to preserve this beautiful, rare rural corridor we need to all stand up and fight against this before it's too late. Aside from the church expansion, currently in the works, is a proposal for a school and assisted living facility on Keystone Rd. We need to speak out before our community changes from a residential one to a commercial one.

I do not believe it would be in the best interests of the surrounding neighborhoods to allow the expansion of this church which is clearly against area ordinances.

A building that size does not fit in with the area. Why make an exception just for them

Three buildings on less than three acres is enough. This just doesn't fit with the area.

There is already a huge traffic problem between the church and the ball field, the increased traffic also poses a safety concern for horse back riders needing to cross Keystone to get to the trails. I am opposed to this expansion!

We need to preserve our rural corridor by protesting proposals that are contrary to our zoning rules that result in changes to the appearance and character of this beautiful, rural residential area.

Narrow roadways, speeding and many more issues have already diminished our neighborhood.
This is a residential area, not commercial.

I'm not against progress, or being a good neighbor but this project doesn't fit the rural corridor of keystone road. you think they have a parking problem now, if this project is built it will be worst. like to see what the traffic study will say.

It appears as they have already exceeded allowable codes. This request seems typical in that these people have no regard for policies in place

Maintaining building requirements and limitations protects land values. Enforcing rules is necessary to protect the rights of others in a community.

They have parking issues already and need to address that as well as how many more buildings you can place on the piece of land.

LETS FOLLOW THE RULES!!!!!! 50 ft is 50 feet!!!!!! Must be in the rules for reason....... Also adds clutter to a beautiful area

The church should first address the parking issue before considering expansion. They should consider expanding at another location.

Traffic is already a problem when that church has activities. There really isn't enough room the safely build on.

Old Keystone rd is not wide enough or maintained enough for increased traffic ..
