Dogs are also living creatures. They too have their rights. Let us not be blind about the city's dog pound situation. They need care and effort from human beings.

This will certainly bring good to the dogs in Bacolod and this is also geared towards the "One Bacolod" goal of our city. Bacolod will become a better place! Let's do this!

Is there a time limit to this petition? I notice our goal is 1000 yet we're only at 31 signatures. Reading those comments before my own, I also noticed that this has been going on for 3 weeks (or more) and I have yet to hear about this anywhere.
If we want signatures, we should spread the word of the movement and use the resources at our fingertips. Facebook is widely used for various objectives of make a stand and to keep people aware. If anything, let's at least try and get more people to sign up for this through there.
