Medical marijuana is "legal" in Arkansas but there are so many strict regulations in place so it makes it very difficult to even use the marijuana. It is very costly to approved for use and, a user is only allowed 2.5 ounces every 14 days. Also, there are very few doctors that are even allowed to prescribe the marijuana to their patients. Medical marijuana is legal in Arkansas but there are so many regulations that it is basically pointless. Medical marijuana regulations should be looser in Arkansas
