Clearly, poverty still exist. And, government’s support in free education only through junior high is not a wise choice for the China’s country development. The agrarian age is over. We are in now living in an era that is in urgent need for scientific and technological innovation, high level of personnel education and social stabilization. How can China catch up with those developed country? The only solution is through free education expansion.
