Judge Chun, you must do the right thing and grant this man a retrial, I truly believe that if the Jurors had known all the info/evidence that came out during your hearings they would have came back with a different verdict. Please bring justice back to bklyn.

I have kept my mouth shut for 11 or so years, justice was not done for Mr. Giuca and his family- justice for him is justice for The Fisher Family. I pray for his safety and security every day! Judge Chun you must do the right thing and grant this man a retrial for his civil rights were violated from the very beginning! God bless Doreen and all mothers of the wrongfully convicted. Thank you for your time.

It shouldn't be so hard to overturn a wrongful conviction in this country. The law needs to make it easier for an innocent person to prove they have been railroaded. The goal should always be fairness for all people. Free John Guica

I have never met john guica but i am friends with his aunt Mary guica & so i have been following the case. He should be free & I dont see how he was locked up in the first place.
