i saw the interview on crimewatch tv. i believe he was railroaded & deserves a new trial & to be set free. God bless him & his mother for all she has done & continues to do for him.

After watching crime watch daily it is blatantly obvious this poor guy was rail-roaded! He deserves a new trial. I am appalled by the fact he's already lost 10 years of his life.

It's quite apparent there were gross negligence/misconduct on the part of the Judge and others pertaining to this case that when you hear all the facts it SCREAMS out injustice. Free this poor innocent man for crying out loud!

Free John he's a good guy and deserves a free life outside the walls of a controlled world. This is wrong. These lawyers and politicians wouldn't allow this to happen to their family members but they do this to other peoples. I truly wish that they would lock all these prosecutor's up for a week and let them think about all the wrong they have done. To put innocent people away.

Looks like there's enough doubt here about witnesses, the jury and the honesty and professionalism of Joe Hyne's DA's office to warrant a new trial.
