I am very curious to know, when your son called Albert, what did he say the call was about since Albert claims not to remember

I believe the justice system is corrupt and this man is innocent along with many other innocent people put away everyday. I spent almost 3 years in prison myself and know this story all too well. #justiceforjohngiuca #justicefortheinnocent

Unfortunately, prosecutorial misconduct as demonstrated in John's case is not rare. I knew after reading Doreen's compelling story in Vanity Fair that it would not make a difference. John is part of NY state's inventory,,the State of New York, just like all other US States, are loathe to shake lose their inventory. Despite what they proclaim - that they are in the business of "rehabilitation," they don't give a damn about that. Yes, this is a sweeping generalization and sure, there are some exceptions..but in general, this is the case. Correctional Officers game the system to pad their wallets. The overtime they pull down is not only obscene, but is dangerous as they are sleep deprived. It's no wonder that two inmates escaped from Georgia this past week. Hmmmm...the higher-ups are scratching their heads...."how did this happen?" And when escapes such as this occur, inmates (many whom are innocent) are the ones to suffer. This is a Negative feedback loop that our tax dollars support. Free John Giuca.

I listened to Doreen's story on The Frank Vetro radio show and was appalled.... absolutely disgusted that her son has spent all this time in prison and not ONE person has tried to help get him out. What is wrong with this country?? I've had my own dealings with the corrupt system and its clear that it needs to be leveled and start over from scratch - removing all affiliations between those who think they are in power with those who are in power.

Please let this man out. He has not done this crime and its wrong to make him sit in prison for something someone else has done. Lord Jesus please protect and watch over him until he gets out. I am praying for you John that they will let you out . God bless you always.

Such a gross miscarriage of justice. The prosecutors wanted a scapegoat and the judge should be removed from the bench. Unbelievable.

Unbelivable arrogance on DA & law enforcement. They all know John Giuca is innocent, yet their egos are more important than his life. If it was their child, this farce would not be happening in the first place. It is the crime, but it is also the cover-up by all involved. It's time for accountability and have justice for all involved, including DA & law enforcement. Shame on all of you and may you get 10 Fold for your sins.

This case is the #1 reason why people do not trust the criminal justice system. No evidence, no ties, no motive, no murder weapon. They could have picked me up and convicted me if we are going on this way. We are not protecting people. We are sacrificing people because we want someone to blame. This is ridiculous. He needs to be free! Thoughts and prayers for you.

Why is this man still in prison. If it were the judge's or DA's or politician's son, this blatant ego-infused travesty of justice would have been immediately rectified. Enough b.s. already. You're not fooling anyone. Free John Giuca, NOW!! SHFH
