I have read all of the news articles and watch the documentary with his mother. It seems Mr. Guuca was framed by the prosecution for their benefit. They should be put on trial not Mr. Guica!!!!!!

Injustice for this young man and his mom. John should be granted freedom. I truly believe in his innocence. NO EVIDENCE. This young man has been through what many would not have survived. Enough is Enough. FREE JOHN GUICO and bring him home to him mom!

My family and I watched the recent 20/20 and are truly heartsick for you! This is certainly an injustice and you should be cleared and free. However, justice does not seem to always work within the framework of honesty, determined to solve crimes quickly to help those in power to somehow [think] save face. My desire is to encourage you. Know that my/our thoughts and prayers are with and for you. One day, it would be good to meet you!

People need to share this story. This is a travesty of justice. I never saw so much corruption in one case. These judges had to be paid off. We have a juror who confesses to perjury and misconduct, prosecutors who pay off witnesses, an actual killer who confesses to entire crime, witnesses for prosecution who recant their story and say they were pressured to lie. And absolutely no evidence that connects this man John. AND HES STILL IN PRISON???????? Is this a bad dream? April fools day????? I’m embarrassed by our justice system. Sounds like third world country, or Mafia type justice.

Justice is not served when you put an innocent man in prison and ruin his future and life! It’s an embarrassment to the United States Justice system to be proven wrong of convicting this man but even more so, when that very system continues to take and destroy that persons life just trying to save face. It’s a horrific tragedity, do the honorable and morally right thing! Free John Giuca

After watching 20/20, I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled with our country's judicial system!!! What happened to innocent until proven guilty?! All this case showed was John Giuca's innocence and how f**** up our judicial system is! I'm terrified for the future of this country's judicial system...smfh! So disappointing! Sending prayers to John Giuca and his family thru this difficult time! The truth shall set him free!!! Free John Giuca NOW!
