I can’t understand why John is still incarcerated! The murderer admitted it! This is sick! Free John!

Pretty sad when our highest court officials can’t admit to past mistakes & are dead set in their ways even w/ an innocent humans life on the line. Our current justice system is purely built on $$ & winning a case. It Makes me sick that we as citizens have little to no control in this mockery of a system

What an abomination of the American justice system. It continues eating itself from the inside out. #innocentuntilprovenguilty #freedominamericaisquestionable #ifonlyourforfatherscouldseethis

Shame on the NY judicial system for the agony created by their misjustice & corruption. Now we know the facts and they all should be disbarred

This shows another injustice within our court system. This prosecutor's ego, bragging that she has never lost a case, has corrupted the integrity of this case and this court. Blinded by power and unfounded self-righteousness, this prosecutor has lost her ability to see and search for truth and justice.

I hope you’re finally set free! It Is clearly obvious that You Are Innocent. Bless your mother’s heart for going above and beyond to shed light on the truth. Hope to hear that you have been reunited with your mom. Hopefully that tree will finally get decorated. Much love and support to you and your Mother.

This guy is CLEARLY innocent and the state of New York needs to fix their mistake. This man needs to be released, and compensated for his wrongful conviction, imprisonment, and the years of his life that have been stolen from him by our broken and unjust legal system

This is shaming the entire US justice system. The refusal to release smacks of 'sour grapes' vindictiveness.

Set this poor man free, the proof shoes he is innocent. This is all about the state not wanting to pay this poor man for doing him wrong and the fact that they screwed up. Put the original prosucuter in jail, she is a terrible example of corruption.

Unbelievable and disgusting behavior from the prosecutors. Willing to ruin others lives in order to uplift their own. You’ll be home soon John.
