As the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, your office is empowered to grant authorization for Disabled Veterans who are eligible for the DD FM 2765, to also become eligible for Space "A" travel privileges. It is an Executive Decision, does not require Congress or Senate approval, a mechanism already exists for an Executive Order establishing immediate eligibility for the holder of the DD FM 2765 to participate in the Space Available Program. This can be established through the C2.1.1.3. "invited traveler."Or, C2.1.1.4. Other Travelers.
