Rates are much too high. We can join NRH, Keller, Grapevine as a NON-resident for less cost than Southlake as a resident. That just isn't right. Plus the facilities in Keller and NRH are very nice.

Outrageously high membership fees in addition to very little discount for Southlake residents......staying with Lifetime.

Wow! What is the justification for these rates?

Proposed rates are too high when compared to Keller/Grapevine. Also no real break for S'Lake residents. Pretty sure you get enough tax revenue to cover and take care of the Southlakians.

Please... Lower price for SL homeowners.

I think the membership rates are excessive. Seems like everything in Southlake is priced higher than in surrounding towns. Our ZIP code is oftentimes a negative

My wife and I both seniors are rather discouraged by what we infer is arrogance by those responsible for this pricing structure.

Families should be half that price It’s our taxes that paid for it, we should see a bigger break

Agree rates are too high. We are a 20 yr. resident with 2 seniors. There should be a better break for residents.

Ditto for tennis courts at park too. There needs to be some benefit of living in Southlake since this has turned into a traffic congestion, shopping mecca for the region other nice street center median, really nice government buildings, and extremely expensive doors on firestations.

Fees are not in line with similar facilities

I can join 24 hour fitness for $200 per year with lots of amenities and unlimited classes. This proposed rate at the Marc is ridiculous. Additionally residents should get at least a 25% discount. I am a retired senior, who pays over a $1k per month in property taxes. And you want to keep digging in my pockets for everything.

We are members of Lifetime Fitness in Colleyville, but were looking forward to switching over to The Marq when the new facility opened. However, we will not do so unless we see a substantial reduction in the proposed rates. The overall fees should be reduced and, most importantly, Southlake residents should receive a significant discount. We consider the Grapevine Rec fees to be very reasonable and hope that Champion's Club can adopt a similar fee schedule. Thanks for listening to our concerns.

Rates should be in line with Keller and Grapevine

Treat the taxpayers of Southlake right please. That family rate should be cut in half. Grapevine and Keller appear to be appreciative of their residents. We should feel the same love.
