Its way overprice. Marq's rate should be competitive with bordering town's gym prices.

There should be a much lower price for residents of Southlake. We deserve that.

Rate is too high. I agree that Southlake residents should receive a larger discount compared to non-residents.

As a Southlake resident, I don't believe that the fees should be higher than what you would pay to another corporate gym company.

If this high prices remain, my family will not join. There are other options I rather take. This is very disappointing.

Cost is way too high for a community membership. Absolutely does not make sense when compared to neighboring towns.

I would move to Grapevine before I would pay these outrageous fees.

Residents deserve at least a 50% discount to current rates. We pay for everything "free" in this city. How about giving something back to residents?

Living in Southlake is fantastic to have such a wonderful, safe community. The Marq couldn’t possibly offer us residents anything more extraordinary than the surrounding gyms... why be so greedy and snobby to charge such outrageous membership fees? Not good!! Thumbs down!

The non-resident annual family pass at grapevine rec is $820. I'd probably do that before paying for the Marq.

Who are the untrustworthy people that came up with these prices to scam Southlake residents? They are out of touch with reality. Do they think that charging 3x more than a competitive rate makes them fancy? They are making it easy to sway votes elsewhere in the next election.

This is ridiculous. These are our tax dollars. We fund all of the special events here in Southlake. It is time we receive preferential treatment. It is not just funded with sales tax, funds are coming out of the general fund. We need to vote out these council members and mayor if something drastic is not done for Southlake taxpayers. We come first! Just because it is a affluent area does NOT mean you can take advantage.
