Its so unfair and disrespectful

I will not be able to enter the UK in the January exam session as I will be away in Russia due to troubles related to conscription and the army. Therefore, it would be of a great help if the exams will be online, as I won’t be able to come back.

I have troubles back at home in Ukraine, thus making it hard for me to take my exams in person. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to take my exams online, as I probably won’t be able to enter the UK

We as students have had open book/online exams since year 1. It is quite unfair for the university to change this. I believe that whoever started with having online exams/open book should continue and only new first year students should have closed book/ in person.

I strongly agree with this petition as I don’t think it’s fair for the third year student to adapt to these drastic changes during the most valuable year of the course. We are not used to these types of exams and they could really affect our final grades.

I disagree with changing the examination format, other than the fact that this is our last year & it’s the most important. We haven’t had any practice in 3 years to do fully written closed-book examinations. I think it would be unfair to have to deal with such immense pressure at the last year of university.

I think it’s a complete joke at the lack of support the uni have given us students. The most important exams we have and we will have no preparation in the in person format. I think to make it fair they must be online as we have no experience.

I feel that exams online had been made more difficult, since they were open book and teachers are giving the same format to us and expect them to give them without notes which is unfair
