In Dundee, Scotland in recent weeks, we have heard the news of Seagulls and their chicks being murdered and killed. This act has been carried out with the city's council marksmen. One witness seen one chick ''battered around the head''. Easy Walkers, with the help and support of our followers, have requested that the city council use another way to deal with the problem. Instead we have been ignored and have recieved rude comments regarding our work. We now have to take our own action to stop the seagull cull. We admit that they can be a pain to deal with, however there are many other ways to deal with this problem, instead of our tax money being spent on marksmen from the council shooting dead seagulls, when the money thay are paid in wages can be used for potholes on roads and getting junkies off our streets. Please help by signing our petition.

I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY ENTIRE WEEK FIGHTING TO BE HEARD BY THE COUNCIL OFFICIALS!! THEY ARE STILL IGNORING US BUT WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE BECAUSE THESE INNOCENT BIRDS DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT!!

Never thought I would see such madness in scotland. There has to be a better way to stop them from being a nuisance than using guns. shameful.
Absolute disgrace. Those poor birds are just trying to live. Dundee council needs to wake up and start fixing the roads like they promised instead of this cruelty.
THIS IS HEARTBREAKING. Battering a chick is cruel behavior. We should be protecting wildlife not paying people to kill them.
My kids saw one of these marksmen and they were terrified. Its wrong to let this carry on right in the middle of town.
Spend the money on something useful like the potholes on the high street. sick of my taxes going towards killing things.

Seagulls - just like any other animal - do not need to justify their existence to mankind. Their purpose for being is no less valuable than our own.
