This petition was created and also necessary to highlight the obstacles some students are having at Everest University. Generally speaking, the Constitution applies equally to everyone, regardless of age, color, race, religion, or any other factor. However, young adults are a special category of person, and in many cases, the rights of young adults can be suppressed in ways that the rights of adults simply may not be. In this case, some students are being affected and the Pharmacy Technician director of the school is not showing equality to all students of this course. The present problem at Everest University is continuing because no one is speaking up. I, Vanessa, am an Everest student and head leader of this petition and the reason for this claim is because some student who have certain instructors are having issues concerning internship which leads to the obvious problem; favoritism. Everyone deserves to be placed in the intership site they want to be in regardless of attendance and skill. If a student has completed his/her course they should have the satisfaction of being placed on the site they ask for like certain students have recieved. Equality for all students should be very important to instructors, directors and any other type of faculty.
