These wonderful historic structures must be preserved and reused, not demolished. Adaptive reuse projects have been proven to substantially boost tourism as they make for some of the most resonant, compeling and authentic contemporary design projects. Get seriously creative and re-use these iconic buildings!

I am against the demolitions on Elmwood. Nothing should take place before the new green code takes affect.

Community input must play a larger part in projects of this scale. The current proposal will surely benefit the developer but based on the feedback I've seen, the community does not see the benefit (in it's current state), and I agree.

The size, design and scope of the proposed buildings will destroy the eclectic flavor af this community. I also have a concern with hot the additional need for parking the increase in cars will be built into the design.

No one wants the commercialization of the Elmwood village area to take place. It needs to remain the pedestrian friendly zone it currently is.These larger scale projects need to be geared more towards downtown. There is lots of space on Niagra St.!!

I am fully against this project. We have to protect the beauty and integrity of the Elmwood Village. This project is in direct opposition to this.

This design is completely out of character for the neighborhood. Look at all the beautiful traditional archetecture in the area and then look at this nasty modern structure...reference what is around you.

Why is Ciminelli so driven to demolish our neighborhood? What madness is behind this? And where the hell is Mayor Brown?
