Please respect the limits placed by the Green Code. Do not let them turn the Elmwood Village into another huge, suburban-like, over-developed monstrosity that you could find in any other town in America, We have something unique and special - let's keep it that way!

This proposed project will not benefit the current residents of this neighborhood in any way, there is plenty of open space elsewhere to build this completely characterless structure.

3 stories would be acceptable, if the facades were in keeping with the neighborhood...otherwise it's a horrible plan...look what happened to the Village of Williamsville, not to be recoganized today!!!

This month marks the 30th Anniversary of my moving from 131 Elmwood to my current, near-Elmwood Village home. The Elmwood Village, and it IS a Real Village, is a goose with golden eggs. Do not kill that beloved, magical goose.

This area does not need new mixed use builds, we already have them! The cost to maintain these buildings that create rents that prohibit regular folks - not national companies - from affording the rent AND getting their businesses to thrive. I don't want another Panera or Jimmy John's, just to see them split, and leave an empty store front. This is a community and a neighborhood in a city, not a suburban strip mall.

The city needs to evaluate these properties for historic status as the state has already done

Greedy developers are bent on destroying our welcoming, interesting and caring community. Our many historic buildings must be preserved, not destroyed.

I live directly on the property line of this project and feel as though this would have a large negative impact on my neighborhood.

Sustainability should be respected over profit. Ecology should trump economy. We have but one world to keep green for our human existence.

Against Ciminellis project on Elmwood. Three stories is high enough and I am against the demolition without a plan.

As a current resident (living in the EV since 2000) I strongly urge the preservation board to fight this proposed plan and keep those buildings with only minor improvements/renovations. They were bought with the obvious plan of tearing them down to build a money making apartment complex. No thank you!!!
Bigger is not better in EV.
