This is a horrible idea from the beginning. The not so "wise men "have changed the course of our river which will always flood our Eureka town because they filled in the land where the water was flooding. What are your plans for the town of Eureka? This land should never be built on, but instead returned to its natural state!

I'm in complete agreement with the content of this petition. The planned development flies in the face of the already planned development parameters and protocols.

We do not have enough roads or businesses to support this level of high density housing. The community will not continue to be as highly sought as a place to move when there is an unreasonable commute just to get thru town.

For over 41 years, our fair share of taxes have been paid to Rockwood School District, Eureka Fire Dept and that is a pretty lame comment to make. Obviously you are not worried about what this could do to a beautiful rural area that's contributed its fair share to the Eureka and SW St Louis county area.

Too much already! Flood table, infrastructure, schools, emergency services, retail space all impacted. I wonder how this might be different if residents of Jefferson County had to rely only on Jeffco services including the school system.

I'm concerned about the water tables. Many of us are on wells and are concerned. So many new homes will devalue our existing properties.

This would greatly impact our terrible traffic situation, as well as over crowding in our schools.

Too many homes to be built. Not enough school room, schools already packed to capacity and then some. Not enough road for traffic, traffic is horrible right now as it is. It will personally screw my view up of the nice scenery I have right now. Love nature...

Way too many homes for the area. Against it for the reasons listed. Primarily the traffic, the overcrowding of the schools & the unknown impact on Mirasol Subdivision. This new subdivision does NOT have a pool, in their plans. That will have an impact on our pool. NOT good.

My concerns are twofold: the effect on traffic on the already congested 109/W/FF intersection, which in turn would negatively affect the ingress/egress of the Mirasol subdivision; and the impact on the already strained public schools and their capacity for additional students.

This is a shame. Area is congested enough as it is, and actually pretty to look at for now. This one needs to be stopped in its tracks.

Enough development of valued green space. Way to much stress on schools and infrastructure.
