Thia development will increase traffic, increase response time for the sherif and fire department and diminish our lifestyle in High Trails subdivision.

I'm opposed to the rezoning, as it would have a negative impact to the community.

The roads and schools are already busting at the seams. It's seems negligent to not address those issues before adding to a compounding problem.

This is crazy. The schools are already over populated and more kids will take away the education of others. Over loading class rooms hurt the students.

It's criminal that you can buy a zoned property of LR2 and then rezone it for PR1 and profit.

In order for this to safely go through, there would need to be a new bridge over the river, new roadways, a roundabout or other traffic interchange, a new school, creation of wetland/levy for water level control, and possibly new utilities as the water table levels could drop and cause well failures. This doesn't make sense.

That's why they want to raise the road level along there on FF. Then my house will get the water.

Against. We already have too much development and infrastructure will not support. Also this is on a floodplain. Last major flood was up and over road. Impassable. Not a hundred year flood situation. This is a bad idea. Please reconsider.

Traffic is already an issue. This would not have a positive impact.
